DESCRIPTION: Baileigh Industrial's R-H85 double pinch angle roll machine is a great choice for a roll bender when looking to reduce scrap. The R-H85 is considered a double pinch roll bender since the top roll is fixed and the two bottom rolls are on independent hydraulic cylinders with encoders that communicate to the DRO programmers for exact positioning of each roll. The double pinch design helps minimize those money wasting pieces of straight that are commonly found at the start and finish of the bend by allowing the operator to pre and post bend the material. The R-H85 is capable of bending up to 3" Schedule 40 pipe and 3-3/8" x 3-3/8" x 1/4" angle iron. It is built to last using heavy steel plate that is bolted and welded for further structural strength allowing for no flex at full capacity. This angle bending roll comes standard with an industrial grade hydraulic transmission that drives all three rolls. The same hydraulic system controls the movement of the angle lateral guide rolls as well. These rolls help keep the material from twisting while being bent. The operator pedestal controls all movement of the machine and the integrated digital readout shows positioning of the bottom rolls. There is also a stop that can be set for each roll for repeatability when doing production runs.
