DESCRIPTION: The R-H150 hydraulic roll bender is the largest roll bender that Baileigh Industrial stocks. This massive machine has the capacity to roll 6-1/4" round tubing and 4-3/4" x 4-3/4" x 1/2" angle iron. But it is not just the capacity that is important; the R-H150 has the ability to save time and money in your shop. The R-H150 is a double pinch style machine which means that the operator can pre-bend and post bend the material which saves valuable production time, material, and allows for tight rolling by eliminating the wasted length of straight associated with most roll benders. Pre and post bending is accomplished by two hydraulic cylinders connected to the bottom two rolls. The positions of these rolls are displayed on a digital readout that has the ability to set stops for each shaft. This helps with repeatability when doing production runs. The R-H150 has a heavy duty steel plate frame that is bolted and welded to ensure no flex when bending at full capacity. This ring roller can be operated in the vertical and horizontal position depending on what OD and size material needs to be rolled. A movable operator control pendant houses all control buttons including the digital readout for the roll positions and foot pedals for direction of operation.
